From an early age, Lauren and Uriel were drawn to the arts—singing, drawing, journaling, and most of all, dancing. For generations, dance has always been more than steps: it’s a language, a release, and a reminder that we are fully present in our bodies. It’s the rhythm that grounds us, the movement that heals us, and the flow that aligns us. Like holistic wellness, dance is about balance. It's between strength and surrender, discipline and freedom, energy and rest.

About Uriel
Uriel is a passionate dancer specialising in hip-hop, street dance, K-Pop, and commercial dance. With years of experience and a deep love for movement, she brings energy, precision, and creativity to every performance. Last year, Uriel earned a dance instructor certificate from BubblegumDance CIC, further solidifying her skills in teaching and choreography. Beyond dance, she holds a Bachelor's in Digital Marketing from University College Birmingham and currently manages multiple social media accounts for companies across different brands. Uriel is also the creator of Oops, I Blogged Again, where she shares insightful reflections on various topics. Whether on stage, in the studio, or online, Uriel is dedicated to inspiring others and constantly evolving as an artist and storyteller.
